These Terms and Conditions explain who sells on this website, which contract applies to your purchase, and the rules for using the website. By placing an order or using the website you agree to them.
1. Who sells to you
Products on namanabags.com are sold by two separate companies. The seller depends on the stock your product is shipped from, which is shown on every product page.

Your contract of sale is with the seller of the products you order. If you buy products from both stocks, you place two separate orders, one with each seller.

2. Which terms apply to your purchase
Consumers buying products shipped from Ukraine — our Public Offer, the Terms of Sale for Consumers: https://namanabags.com/public-offer/
Consumers buying products shipped from our EU stock in Bulgaria — section 3 below.
Businesses — instrument makers, shops, distributors, schools, festivals and other customers who do not buy for their own personal use — our General Terms of Supply (B2B), which we provide with your order confirmation.

Each of these documents has a version number. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it; later versions do not change it.
3. Products shipped from our EU stock in Bulgaria
This section applies to products sold by Sound Zone Bulgaria LTD and shipped from our EU stock in Bulgaria.
3.1. Order and contract. You order in our online shop and pay at checkout. The contract is made when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline an order before then, for example if a product is no longer available or a price was shown in error, and we refund anything you have paid.
3.2. Prices. Prices include Bulgarian VAT. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. For deliveries within the EU there are no import charges.
3.3. Delivery. We ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment, as described on our Shipment and delivery page. The products are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
3.4. Returns. You can return any product within 90 days of receiving it, as described in our Return Policy. This is in addition to your statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without giving any reason. To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email to [email protected]. We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
3.5. Legal guarantee and warranty. You have the legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years under EU law. In addition, our Warranty applies, with Sound Zone Bulgaria LTD as guarantor.
3.6. Liability. A case protects your instrument, but it is not insurance: we are not liable for damage to the instrument itself, nor for indirect or consequential loss, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer.
3.7. Law and disputes. This section is governed by the laws of Bulgaria. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. You may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (https://kzp.bg).
4. Using the website
4.1. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
4.2. Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or with other people's use of it.
4.3. Product information. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Our products are handmade: small differences in stitching and slight differences in fabric shade from photos or your screen are normal.
4.4. Prices and currencies. You can view prices in US dollars or euros. You pay in the currency shown at checkout. A price shown in error is not binding; we will contact you before accepting such an order.
4.5. Intellectual property. All content on the website — text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and software — belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. Namana Bags® is a registered trademark. You may view the content for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.6. Links. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
4.7. Availability. We may change or suspend the website or any part of it. We are not liable for temporary unavailability.
5. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each version is published with its version number and date, and earlier versions remain available. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
