Our 90-day return guarantee

You can return any bag within 90 days of receiving it, for a refund or an exchange — even if it was made to your measurements or carries your embroidery, and without giving a reason. We would still be grateful to know why: it helps us improve.

This applies to products bought from us directly — in our online shop or by order confirmation — by customers who buy for their own personal use.

How to return

1. Write to [email protected] with your order number.
2. We tell you what to do with the bag: in most cases you may keep it, or we ask you to send it to an address in your country.
3. You pay nothing for the return. If we ask you to send the bag, we pay for the shipping.

Refund

We refund everything you paid us for the order — the goods, the delivery costs and any import charges included in our price — within 14 days of agreeing the refund with you, using the payment method you used, unless we agree another way with you.

If import duties and taxes were paid by you directly to your customs authority (DAP delivery), they are not part of our refund; we will give you the documents you need to claim them back from customs.

Exchange

If you prefer an exchange, we make or send a replacement. If the replacement costs more or less, we agree the difference with you before we start.

Your statutory rights (EU, EEA and UK)

If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, the law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. It does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Our 90-day guarantee gives you more time and better conditions, and you may rely on whichever is more favourable to you. Who is responsible

Products shipped from our stock in Ukraine are sold by Sound Zone Trade LLC; products shipped from our EU stock in Bulgaria are sold by Sound Zone Bulgaria LTD. See our Terms and Conditions.
