Who you pay
The seller depends on the stock your order is shipped from. The stock is shown on every product page.

To buy products from both stocks, please place two separate orders. The seller’s name is on your order confirmation, invoice and receipt. See our Terms and Conditions.
Paying in our online shop
You pay at checkout, in the currency shown there. The payment options you see depend on the seller and on your country.
Products shipped from Ukraine (Sound Zone Trade LLC)
- Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- PayPal, or a card through PayPal without a PayPal account
- Pay later with Klarna, Affirm or Cash App Afterpay, where available in your country
- Bank transfer to our US account (Wise). Choose this option if you prefer to pay by Wise or want to check details with us first. We will send you the payment details.
Products shipped from our EU stock (Sound Zone Bulgaria LTD)
- Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (IBAN) to our account in Bulgaria. We send you an invoice with the payment details once your order is verified.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card details. You receive an order confirmation by email.
Paying for an order confirmed by email
Custom-made and wholesale orders are confirmed by email. Your confirmation and each invoice have a Pay button. It opens a page with the payment options for your order, for example a bank transfer, PayPal or a card, and our payment details.
Please always use the invoice number as the payment reference.
Pay only to the details shown in your invoice or on the payment page it links to. We never change our bank details by email or message. If you receive such a message, do not pay — contact us first.
Fees
If your bank or card issuer charges you a fee, such as a transfer or currency conversion fee, it is paid by you. Please make sure we receive the full invoice amount.
Refunds
We refund to the payment method you used, unless we agree another way with you. See our Return Policy.
