01The right fit

If Standard Cases Do Not Fit Your Instruments

An unusual body shape. A longer neck. A delicate detail that needs room. Even small differences can matter when choosing a case.

Share your instrument’s photographs, dimensions and particular requirements. We’ll discuss a case that takes those details into account, including its interior, openings and carrying options.

The starting point is the instrument you make.

A fitted interior.

Two different cases. Two individual solutions.

02Quality & protection

If You Want the Case to Reflect the Quality of Your Work

You put care into the sound, finish and feel of every instrument. The case becomes part of that experience from the moment your customer receives it.

Look closely at the materials, protective padding, seams, zippers and handles. Consider how the instrument sits inside and how the case will be used. These are the details worth checking before choosing a case to accompany your work.

See our cases up close, then judge the quality for yourself.

03Small orders

If You Make Instruments One at a Time or in Small Batches

Your case orders should make sense for the way your workshop works. You may need a case for a new model, a small batch or an individual commission.

At Namana Bags®, your status as an instrument maker gives you access to wholesale prices from your very first case. No large order is required to qualify.

Apply through our maker application form and tell us about your workshop and the instruments you make. Once we confirm your maker status, you can start with one case at wholesale pricing.

Check the fit, finish and carrying comfort on your own instrument before planning your next order.

04Your brand

If You Want Your Name to Travel with Your Instruments

Your instrument carries your identity. Its case can carry it too.

With professional logo embroidery and a choice of fabrics and colors, the case can become a recognizable part of your brand. Your name travels with the musician to rehearsals, studios, festivals and concerts.

Talk to us about your logo, its placement and the look you want to achieve.

05Working together

If You Want More Time for Making Instruments

Finding a case can turn into a project of its own: comparing materials, explaining an unusual shape and deciding which details matter.

Bring us your knowledge of the instrument. We’ll bring our experience of making cases. Together, we can discuss the fit, protection, access and carrying options without expecting you to arrive with a finished case design.

Start with photographs, dimensions and a description of how your customers use the instrument.

06Carrying comfort

If You Want Customers to Enjoy Carrying What You Create

Your customer’s experience continues long after they leave your workshop. They carry the instrument to lessons, rehearsals, performances and time with friends.

Comfortable straps, well-positioned handles and space for the accessories they use can make a difference to those everyday journeys.

Tell us how your instruments are carried and what needs to travel with them. We’ll discuss the options that suit those needs.

07After-sales support

If You Want Support Beyond the Sale

When a customer has a question about their case, it helps to know who made it and where to turn.

Namana Bags cases have individual serial numbers, and our team can help with questions about the case and warranty support. As part of our conversation, we can explain the applicable warranty terms and how your customers can contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Questions from Instrument Makers

Do you make cases for handmade and unusual instruments?

Yes. We make cases around the instrument you build: its shape, dimensions and delicate details, including the interior, openings and carrying options. Share photographs and dimensions of your instrument, and we’ll discuss a case that fits it.

What is the minimum order for instrument makers?

One case. Once we confirm your status as an instrument maker, wholesale prices are available from your very first case. No large order is required, so you can check the fit, finish and carrying comfort on your own instrument before planning your next order.

Can you embroider my logo on the cases?

Yes, of course. We can embroider your logo or any other image on the cases, and you can choose the fabrics and colors. Your name then travels with the musician to rehearsals, studios, festivals and concerts.

How do I become a Namana Bags maker partner?

Complete the maker application and tell us about your workshop and the instruments you make. We’ll review it, confirm your maker status and contact you personally to discuss your instrument and the case it needs. The application creates no obligation for you.

Where are Namana Bags cases made?

In a small workshop in Ukraine. We have been making instrument cases since 2012, working with musicians, instrument makers and specialist stores.

What support do my customers get after the sale?

We handle any customer complaint about the case ourselves, from start to finish, so you don’t have to. Every Namana Bags case has an individual serial number, so each case can always be identified.
