6 Jan 2026 I ordered a keyboard soft case that i actually needed for a guitar pedal board (to which i attached “feet” that raised it considerably such that no guitar pedal board cases are found in the market to accommodate). So I needed several adjustments to this bag to make it suitable for a pedal board and had to communicate those, and the exact measurements, to Olga who communicated with me very efficiently to get all the information she needed from me to make sure they make the perfect bag for me that would exactly suit my needs. And indeed, the bag that arrived is AMAZING and even exceeds all my expectations!! Fits my pedal board exactly and will protect it perfectly. Very comfortable to carry too (and it’s big, and the board is heavy). No chance to find such an amazing product in the market! The price is great too! 24 Feb 2025 This was an outstanding experience from start to finish! I have an extremely large Native American Flute that I needed a custom case for. I found NAMANAbags with a search for flute cases and sent a message to see if they could accommodate my needs. I was contacted quickly by Elena who said that she would be able to create the perfect case for me. After I had selected and ordered the case, Elena and Olga sent detailed instructions on purchasing and preparing a PVC pipe that would be a part of the case. They also sent videos that demonstrated the assembly of the case when I received it! Upon receiving the case, I reviewed the video and realized I would need some help assembling the case.
