Shipment and delivery

We have been shipping our cases all over the world since 2012, and we have never lost a single parcel. But if your package ever gets lost on the way, we will offer you a choice: a full refund or a new shipment free of charge. With us, you never take any risk.

Our Warehouses

Your order can be shipped from one of two warehouses:

  • EU stock: ships from Bulgaria (for makers, stores, distributors  –  delivery to each country of EU; for retail customers – delivery inside Bulgaria only)
  • UA stock: ships from Ukraine (for makers, stores, distributors  – delivery worldwide; for retail customers – delivery worldwide, except EU other then Germany and Netherlands)

Custom-made cases always ship from UA stock.

Please pay attention to which stock you choose for your shipment. You can select it with the filter in our main shop, and this information is always shown on every product page. To buy items from different stocks, please place two separate orders.

 

Important for customers in the European Union

Since 12 August 2026, new EU packaging rules require an authorized representative and registration with a national packaging recovery organization in every EU country we ship to.

For retail customers, we currently ship to Germany and Netherlands only.

Instrument makers, shops and distributors are responsible for their own registration with the packaging recovery organization in their country.

Delivery Times and Conditions

To European Union Countries

1. From our EU stock in Bulgaria

Dispatch: your parcel is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your order is paid.

BulPost. Delivery is handled by Interconnect, a dedicated division of the Bulgarian post that works directly with the national post of your country, 5 to 15 days. Tracking number provided.
FedEx. Express international delivery, 4 to 10 days. Tracking number provided.
 

2. From our UA stock in Ukraine

Dispatch: your parcel is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment for in-stock items, and within 7 to 10 business days for custom-made items.

UkrPoshta. Delivery is handled by the national post, which works directly with national posts. Delivery time 7 to 20 days. Tracking number is provided.
EMS is Priority service of the national post: parcels are delivered against signature, 6 to 18 days. Tracking number provided.

To the USA

From our UA stock in Ukraine

Dispatch: your parcel is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment for in-stock items, and within 7 to 10 business days for custom-made items.

UkrPoshta. Delivery is handled by the national post, which works directly with USPS. Delivery time 7 to 20 days. Tracking number provided.
EMS is Priority service of the national post: parcels are delivered by the USPS courier against signature, 6 to 18 days. Tracking number provided.
 

To the rest of the World

From our UA stock in Ukraine, worldwide outside the European Union

Dispatch: your parcel is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment for in-stock items, and within 7 to 10 business days for custom-made items.

UkrPoshta. Delivery is handled by the national post, which works directly with the national post of your country. Delivery time depends on the destination, 7 to 20 days. The longest delivery is to Australia: in our experience it takes 14 to 59 days. Tracking number provided.
EMS. Delivery is handled by a dedicated division of the national post that works directly with the national post of your country. This is a priority service: parcels are delivered by your national post courier against signature, 6 to 18 days. The longest delivery is to Australia: in our experience it takes 14 to 26 days. Tracking number provided.
