Welcome to our warranty page! We’re glad you value the importance of a warranty, and so do we! 

The standard warranty period for our products is 3 years from the date of sale because we are confident in the quality of our products. Our warranty covers any defects that may arise from proper use and care. Even if you did not purchase the product directly from us, you can still contact us with any warranty questions. You have the right to contact us directly as soon as you have received a Namana Bags® product, and you do not need to disturb the seller, previous owner, or maker of the product.  

 

The warranty covers the following issues for textile products bags: 

  • Breaking of threads along the sewing line of the main parts that risks loss of functionality  

  • Breakage or deformation of plastic fittings (fasts, frames, hooks, half rings) that affects the functionality of the product 

  • Breaking of zippers that results in a loss of functional qualities 

  • Breaking and tearing of belts that results in a loss of functional qualities 

 

However, the warranty does not apply to plastic individual products, such as protective hard NamaShells. It also does not cover natural wear and tear of fabric and belts, fading, abrasions, tearing due to sharp objects, pilling, or other signs of prolonged use. 

If there is suspicion of intentional damage or subjecting the product to excessive loads, the warranty will be refused. If you have any doubts about whether your case is covered by the warranty, please contact us, and we will provide guidance on what to do in your particular case. 

Extended warranty 10 years from the date of sale!

This is almost unrealistic. But we know that products from Namana Bags® will last you a long, long time. 

 

The extended warranty covers the same issues as the standard warranty, which includes defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid for 3 to 10 years from the date of sale with an extended warranty. For textile products such as bags, the warranty applies to plastic fittings such as fasts, frames, hooks, half rings, and breaking and tearing belts that affect the functionality of the product. However, the warranty does not cover intentional damage, excessive loads, or natural wear and tear such as fading, abrasions, tearing with a sharp object, and the appearance of puffs. If you have any doubts about whether your case is covered by the warranty, please contact us, and we will advise you on what to do. 

 

Even if you didn’t purchase the bag directly from us, you can still take advantage of our extended warranty. You can get it if from the moment of sale up to 6 months. The only condition is to leave a video review of the product that contains useful information for future customers and complies with the format specified below.

If you have any suggestions for improving the functionality, feel free to mention them in the video review. We will definitely respond to them and try to implement the improvement as quickly as possible, if feasible. 

Finally, give your personal advice to those who are watching you now. 

Once you have finished your video, upload it to any convenient internet cloud exchange platform and send us the link. Make sure to include the date of purchase and the special serial number of your product in the letter. Since 2020, you can find this number on the back of the QR code sewn into the product. If your case was produced earlier and does not have a QR code, please provide additional information in the letter such as receipts for payment, your delivery address, purchase email, or manufacturer of the tool, if the case was not directly purchased from our store. 

 

If you haven’t received a response from us within 5 days, please feel free to contact us again using any convenient method. 

Once we receive your video review and necessary information, we will review it within 5 days and make a decision regarding the extended warranty. We may also ask you to clarify certain data or adjust the video if necessary. 

The moment of sale/purchase is the date of sale of this product in our database. Every bag that we produce has a unique serial number, which allows us to easily identify and verify the product. This means that even if you don’t have your receipt or any other proof of purchase, we can still determine the moment of sale/purchase to the primary buyer based on the serial number of your bag. 

If you purchased a product from us on the website, or in any of the official marketplaces, this is simply the date of your purchase. However, if you purchased the product from our partners or in a physical store, we will consider the date of sale listed on your receipt as your moment of sale/purchase. If you don’t have a receipt, we will use the date of sale of this product to the manufacturer or the store as the moment of sale/purchase.  

 

The unique serial number also allows us to provide you with personalized customer support and ensure that you receive the best possible service.
