  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to you.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

    Warranty Coverage:

  • For Products Shipped from the United States and Ukraine: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • For Products Shipped from Bulgaria: These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union regulations.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute.
  • Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be filed in the competent courts of the jurisdiction specified in Section 12.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
