These charges are typically paid by the recipient upon delivery, unless otherwise stated. Additionally, depending on the origin warehouse, there might be specific requirements based on your location.

Order Origin and Destination Scenarios

  1. Orders Shipped from the EU Warehouse (Bulgaria):

    • Within the EU: No customs duties or additional taxes due upon delivery right now! Price is how it is indicated in the store (it’s preferential period for limited edition items). 
    • Outside the EU: Those goods are not available to deliver outside the EU.

  2. Orders Shipped from the Non-EU Warehouse (Ukraine):

    • To the EU: VAT or import taxes may apply. Some customers may be required to visit customs, especially for larger orders.
    • To non-EU countries: Import duties, VAT, or other fees may apply. Ask us if you don’t sure what you will need to pay in your country. We’ll provide you with information.

  • United States: Generally, no import taxes for goods valued under $800. Some states may impose additional fees.
  • Canada: Orders over CAD $20 are subject to GST/HST, along with any additional duties. 
  • United Kingdom: VAT is applied to all imports over £15. Additional customs fees may apply.
  • Australia: GST is charged for imports above AUD $1,000. Customs clearance may be required.
  • European Union: For non-EU orders, VAT and potential customs fees apply for goods valued over €22.
  • Japan: Import duties and consumption tax are applied based on the product category and value.
