We use premium-grade padding and structural materials to meet your specific needs:

Padding Materials:

• Polyfoam 10mm: Dense and elastic, offering excellent protection against mechanical damage and moisture. Perfect for lightweight all kinds of bags, including keyboard cases, conga backpacks or soft bags for djembe.
• Polyfoam 5mm: A thinner option for instruments requiring both portability and protection, such as flute protective cases or soft didge bags.
• Izolon 5mm: Exceptional thermal insulation properties, ideal for instruments sensitive to temperature changes, we are adding extra to semi hard solutions for djembe protective cases or armored handpan bags.
• Foam Rubber 10mm: A versatile choice for absorbing shocks and vibrations, suitable for keyboard case protection additionally to basic polyfoam or another musical gear.
• Synthetic Winterizer (Polyester Wadding) 20mm (we call it cushion layer or pillow effect) : Soft and voluminous, great for soft ngoni bags or handpan backpacks as additional extra fluffy layer.

Structural Materials:

• PVC Plastic: Durable and lightweight, perfect for semi-rigid cases like cajon cases, frame drum protective bags, or armored handpan bags.
• Transparent PET Plastic: Provides excellent rigidity and lightweight properties, ideal for lateral sides in armored handpan bags and armored frame drum cases.
• ABS Plastic: Known for its high strength and impact resistance, ABS is ideal for creating hard cases for handpans or frame drum protective cases.
